At LJ Studio Goods, we understand that for collectors, the condition of the packaging is as important as the item itself. Our logistics process is engineered to maintain the absolute integrity of every product from our studio to your door.

LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are typically dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Operating Hours: We dispatch Monday through Friday. Please note that dispatches occur outside of weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
  • Service: All orders are shipped via Fully Tracked services provided by Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri.
  • Territory: We currently offer delivery to UK Mainland addresses.
  • Orders over £50: Complimentary Fully Tracked Shipping.
  • Orders under £50: £2.99 Fully Tracked Shipping.
  • Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. You can monitor your delivery progress by clicking the link within that email or by logging into your Account.

RETURNS & QUALITY CONTROL

We prioritize the protection of your collection above all else. Every order is dispatched using high-standard, transit-safe packaging specifically selected to maintain the integrity of the product and its original factory state. We ensure your items are secured against the rigors of delivery, so they arrive in the condition expected by a discerning collector.

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. In the event that an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please initiate a claim via our Returns Portal within 48 hours of receipt, or email us at hello@ljstudiogoods.com

  • Verification: To assist with courier claims, please upload clear photographs of the damaged item and the exterior shipping packaging directly to the portal.

We provide a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All requests are processed through our Returns Portal.

  • Condition Requirement: Returns are accepted for items in their original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact. Preservation of the original factory state is required for a return to be authorised.
  • Change of Mind: For unwanted items, a flat fee of £2.99 is deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping label.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item is verified as faulty or an error has occurred on our part, a return label is provided at no cost to you.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email. If approved, your refund will be issued immediately by our system. Please note that depending on your bank's standard processing times, it typically takes 2 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your original payment method.
